While working together at Buca, Cindy and Kaye realized there was a void of quality, experienced consulting resources to work with small to mid-sized business and organizations on an affordable basis. They combined their shared passion for principled and results driven leadership with their human resources, finance, strategy and leadership experience and became entrepreneurs!
We’re often asked about the origin of our business name: “Tevera”. Tevera is the Italian word for the river Tiber. Since our working relationship began at Buca and because we are dedicated to helping organizations who are often navigating through unchartered or turbulent water, Tevera was a great choice. We also love how the word sounds, and, also important, it was not already marked.
