Short-sightedness in boardroom decision making can take on many forms, e.g. failure to consider how the decision will be perceived outside the boardroom (optics) or failure to understand how the decision will affect the company over time (precedence). Wow, it is hard to believe it has been almost four years since Cindy and I founded Tevera Consulting. We want to thank all of our clients for making it exciting and busy. We’ve been blessed to work with great clients and on interesting assignments. We hope the future holds more challenging opportunities.
